Set the number of decimal places by using the radio buttons above the tape readout.
The add button displays two decimal places, but entries for which no decimal point is entered are divided by 100; that is, two decimal places show. This feature eases entries on dollars and cents because you do not have to type the decimal point.
The float button displays up to eight decimal places but does not align the decimal.
